without those lime-y moment, without those sacrifice, without those effort, without the determination, they won't be who they are now

maybe lime is not the best to describe all these, but it reminded me, in order to make a dish delicious, lime has to be squeeze hard, so that it's flavor, it's sourness, can compliment the dish!

it might be sour, tired, bitter, energy draining,

when you see the success, when you see the person who taste the dish, when you see the smile

ahh...

its satisfying!
